Posner Proposes Mental Acuity Test for Professors/Judges

Get your number two pencils ready and
follow the instructions on your test sheet!

Judge Richard Posner has proposed that
"beginning at age 70, require every life-
tenured professor and every life-tenured
judge to take a test of mental acuity every
five years."'

The TaxProf Blog has posted several
comments - pro and con- from law professors
on Posner's suggestion.
