Socratic Method a Recipe for Total Confusion

Richard Leiter (U. Texas) is at it again. In his
Leiter Report article of October 20, 2005, The "Socratic
Method": The Scandal of American Legal Education," he
claims that the traditional Socratic approach to law
teaching is a "recipe for confusion," and goes on
to offer "evidence" as to why the Socratic method is,
in his words, a disaster.
