Untangling the Debate on Signing Statements
On the Georgetown Law Faculty Blog (7/31/2006) a
group of legal scholars and lawyers who have served
in the Office of Legal Counsel have written an extensive
and thought-provoking post about the debate
surrounding Presidential signing statements.
