"Women Suddenly Scarce Among Justices' Clerks"

An article in the NY Times (8/30/2006) by Linda Greenhouse
addresses the declining numbers of female clerks in the U.S.
Supreme Court. Greenhouse reports that only 7 of the 37
clerkships went to women for the 2006-7 term.
