Copyright Information at Digital Law Online
Cornell Law Library's InSite current awareness service
(11/13/2006) points us to Digital Law Online, a web
site that offers free access to copyright treatises and
other documents. The site is the creation of Prof.
Lee A. Hollaar, a faculty member of the School of
Computing at the University of Utah, who teaches
computer networking, intellectual property, and
computer law.
The website currently offers:
*(L. Hollaar) Legal Protection of Digital Information
*(W. Patrys) Copyright Law and Practice
*National Commission on New Technological Uses of
Copyrighted Works (CONTU) Final Report
Hollaar's treatise is keyword searchable and provides links
to the cases and statutes cited in the text.
