Cool Gadget: Digital Pen Converts Notes to Your Computer

Do you find it cumbersome to take notes using
a laptop keyboard, but hate transcribing hand
written notes onto your computer? Maybe you
should consider a digital pen.

Futurelawyer.com (1/11/2007) introduces us to
EPOS, a digital pen and USB flash drive that uses
positioning technology to recognize and save pen
strokes to the USB drive. Just use the digital pen as
if it were a ballpoint, then plug it into a USB drive
on your computer (with the EPOS software installed),
and the image of the notes will appear on the screen.
Like magic, the system converts your notes to computer
text.

The EPOS digital pen is due to launch sometime
this summer for around $200.
