"Close to Slavery: Guest Worker Programs in the U.S."

The Southern Poverty Law Center has issued
Close to Slavery: Guest Worker Programs in the
United States, a "report based on interviews with
thousands of guestworkers, a review of the research
on guestworker programs, scores of legal cases and
the experiences of legal experts from around the
country."
